Lisa Hochstein’s ex Lenny Hochstein sued by patients for malpractice

Plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein, the self-styled ‘Boob God,’ is being sued by three former patients after he allegedly left them with serious complications.
In three separate complaints obtained by the Daily Mail, the women say that Hochstein’s alleged negligence led to long-lasting health consequences for them.
The complaints were filed just over a month after Hochstein, 60, was accused by a British model of drugging and Sєxually ᴀssaulting her, which he has vehemently denied.
In one of the lawsuits – all of which were filed in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Miami-Dade County, Florida – a 46-year-old former patient claimed that Hochstein’s substandard care during abdominal surgery caused her to develop multiple serious infections, as well as ongoing pain.
Another patient alleged that a breast augmentation performed by Hochstein left her with a left breast that was so deformed that she had to have another doctor correct Hochstein’s work.
The third woman, whom Hochstein performed breast augmentations on in 2022, claimed she had to have a second surgery from him in 2023 to fix the first surgery’s effects, only for her to be left with deformed breasts and ongoing pain due to his allegedly poor care.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Hochstein’s representative and attorney for comment but has not yet received a response.

The law firm Morgan & Morgan, which is representing the three women, said in a statement to the Daily Mail that Hochstein’s alleged failures to meet the standard of care for the former patients resulted in their injuries.
‘These women trusted Dr. Hochstein with their health and their bodies,’ said Morgan & Morgan founder John Morgan and Jack Cook, an attorney representing the plaintiffs. ‘Our clients deserve accountability, and we will fight to ensure they receive justice.’
The law firm previously filed suit against Hochstein on behalf of one of his patients in June 2025.

All three of the women were patients at the plastic surgeon’s clinic, North Miami Beach Surgical Center, which is also listed as a defendant in their lawsuits.
According to the first woman, she went under the knife on May 27, 2025, with Hochstein performing a tummy tuck, liposuction, fat grafting and a breast lift and augmentation, in which she had implants inserted.
She indicated that she left the clinic later that day, but she subsequently suffered ‘worsening symptoms.’
The patient described being stricken with pain and тιԍнтness in her abdomen, as well as swelling and discoloration around her incision marks.
Twenty-one days later, on June 17, the woman went in for treatment at a ‘wound-care center’ across the country, in California.
During her visit, she alleges that doctors determined she was suffering from a buildup of fluid and ᴅᴇᴀᴅ tissue.

The discovery required ‘painful and invasive wound management,’ which in turn allegedly led to ‘scarring’ and ‘deformity.’
The second woman indicated in her filing that she saw Hochstein for a breast augmentation procedure on May 6 of last year.
She accuses the cosmetic surgeon of not disclosing on his surgery consent forms that he planned to use a Meso-Biomatrix mesh that ‘would be used in an off-label manner’ that ‘lacked FDA approval for breast surgery, or the material risks and alternatives ᴀssociated with off-label mesh implantation.’

She alleges that, after the surgery, she told Hochstein that a drain for excess fluid inserted during the surgery had become dislodged, but he allegedly told her there was nothing that could be done about it.
She also claims that Hochstein noted a ‘change in breast position’ and told her it might be necessary to have a second corrective surgery, but ‘no corrective intervention was undertaken.’
More than two months later, on July 15, 2025, the woman visited a clinic in Long Island, New York, after suffering from ‘breast pain, droopy breasts, implant rippling, nipple and areola concerns and asymmetry.’
Then, in September, a different plastic surgeon had to perform a revision surgery on her due to additional complications.
The woman claims in her lawsuit that she ‘continues to suffer from permanent…distortion, pain and the likelihood of future corrective surgeries.’

The third woman received a breast augmentation and lift from Hochstein on March 15, 2022.
She claims that she subsequently dealt with complications, including ‘breast asymmetry, cleavage distortion and early symmastia,’ a rare complication in which the breasts begin to grow together toward the center of the chest.
Symmastia can occur naturally, or as the result of breast augmentation surgery, as it allegedly did for Hochstein’s patient. In that case, implants travel toward the center of the chest, which can create the appearance of a ‘uniboob.’

According to Breast Cancer.org, the condition can occur if surgeons take out too much tissue near the breast bone, or if they insert breast implants that are too large for the patient’s physique.
Following the development of complications, Hochstein performed a revision surgery on the woman in April 2023.
However, she claims in her lawsuit that the symmastia only worsened, and she ‘remained in pain, continued to experience swelling and fluid accumulation, and continued to exhibit breast distortion, despite her compliance with all postoperative restrictions.’
The patient says that she met with other plastic surgeons after Hochstein’s second surgery, who said she would require a third surgery to correct the ongoing issues.
She alleges that the initial surgeries have left her with ‘breast deformity’ and ongoing ‘chronic pain.’

The Hochsteins finalized their divorce in 2024, but Lisa and her then-boyfriend were charged with one count each of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications for alleged playing a recording device in Leny’s car. They pleaded guilty and the charges were eventually dropped; Lenny is pictured with Kathaina in Marcy 2025.
In an additional statement shared with People by Morgan & Morgan founder John Morgan and attorney Jack Cook on Friday, they said, ‘When injuries like these occur, ones that involve intimate parts of the body tied directly to a person’s idenтιтy, it creates an added layer of emotional damage.
‘Every one of these patients has suffered, and continues to suffer, emotional harm from the sense that the trust between surgeon and patient was broken,’ Morgan and Cook added.
While speaking to CBS News, they added: ‘These women are seeking monetary damages, that’s what the system allows. A lot of them have a lot of medical bills, some of them have had lengthy hospital stays, a lot of them had to be removed off of work, and all of them are kind of left with permanent issues. Just about every one of them needs future surgeries, to try to repair a lot of the damage.’
Cook added that the women suing Hochstein felt that the staff at his clinic – which is also a target of the lawsuit – downplayed or even dismissed their concerns.

Hochstein gained newfound fame when his then-wife, Lisa Hochstein, began appearing on The Real Housewives Of Miami in 2012 – three years after they tied the knot – for its second season.
The plastic surgeon made appearances on the Bravo reality series, which was canceled in 2013, before being revived in 2021.
In the intervening years, Lisa and Lenny welcomed two children together, before they announced in 2022 that they had separated.
Their contentious divorce was finalized in 2024, but Lisa was charged in 2026 in Miami-Dade County with one count of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications relating to their divorce.
Prosecutors alleged that Lisa and her then-boyfriend Jody Glidden put a recording device in Lenny’s car in 2023 in the midst of their divorce.
Both turned themselves in and pleaded not guilty before the charges were ultimately dropped.
